Getting Started & Importing Trips
It's easy! Find your confirmation email from any airline, hotel, car rental, or booking site (like Expedia or Booking.com). Forward that email to: import@emageo.com. Our system will automatically parse the details and add the events to your itinerary.
If the import fails (often due to complex formatting or if the email is from an unrecognized address), you will receive a notification. You can then easily manually add the event in the app, or contact support with the original email for help.
Yes! You can add custom events like sightseeing, dinner reservations, or reminders directly to your timeline. Just click the "Add Event" button within any trip.
Absolutely! Once your trip is synced to the mobile app, all your itinerary details, addresses, and confirmation numbers are saved locally. You can access your entire plan even if you are completely offline.
Pro Features (Zikki, Alerts, & More)
Zikki is our intelligent route planning tool. You select several points of interest or events for a day (e.g., museums, restaurants), and Zikki calculates the most time-efficient walking/driving path between all of them, helping you save time and see more.
As a Pro subscriber, we monitor the airline's schedule for your booked flights. We send you instant push notifications and emails for any gate changes, delays, or cancellations, ensuring you are always one step ahead.
Yes, this is a Pro Feature. You can attach digital copies of e-tickets, passport scans, insurance forms, or visas directly to the relevant event in your itinerary for secure, quick access.
The app stores the most recent currency rates when you were last online. It can perform conversions using those stored rates even when offline, providing a very close estimate. It updates to the current real-time rate as soon as you connect to Wi-Fi.
Billing & Subscription
We offer two Pro plans to fit different travel styles:

You can manage all billing details directly within the app or on the website. Log in and go to Settings > Subscription & Billing.
No. If you cancel your auto-renewal, you will retain full Pro access and features until the very last day of your current paid subscription period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Your security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your login information and trip data. We never share your itinerary details with third parties.
On the log-in screen, click "Forgot Password." We will send a secure link to your registered email address to set a new password.
