My reservation email didn't import. What happened?

The Fix: This usually happens if the email was sent from an address not linked to your account, or if the formatting was too complex (like a screenshot).

Solution: Try forwarding the email from your primary, verified account, or manually add the event to your itinerary in the app.

Using Apple Sign-In? How to Set Up Email Forwarding

Why is this required? To automatically build your travel timeline, Emageo looks for booking emails forwarded to import@emageo.com. If your account uses a hidden Apple relay email, our system won't recognize your actual personal email address when you try to forward a flight or hotel confirmation.

Solution: Navigate to the Account page on the app or Emageo website, and add your forwarding email address in the Forwarding Email field.

I'm a Pro user but my flight alerts aren't working.

The Fix: Ensure push notifications are enabled for the Emageo app in your phone's settings (iOS/Android). Also, double-check that your flight event has a confirmed flight number recognized by the system.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

The Fix: You can manage all your billing and subscription settings directly through your profile.

Solution: Log in to the app, go to Settings > Subscription & Billing, and follow the prompts to manage your plan. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.

How do I add a companion or share my trip?

The Fix: While we don't currently support multi-user accounts, you can share your itinerary as a text or share an invitation link to your trips with anyone you choose! Look for the "Share" icon on the timeline view of your trip.
